Delegated admin for domain quota view only

Hi there,

for a customer we'd like to implement a very restricted delegated admin which is only able to view his domain global quota usage (per account). I tried to read some documentation/forum threads like these above, but I've not found nothing to be a concrete help

system is a Zimbra 8.8.15 FOSS, so I can't use GUI to admin rights, only zmprov console commands.

Any advice?
